Natal Chart Consultations including Current and Upcoming Issues

One does not live by Sun signs alone! Within each of us ticks an all-powerful 'cosmic clock' portrayed by the Sun, Moon and at least eight other energy forces, constantly interacting, interdependent, and indispensable. A one-on-one consultation necessarily involves a thorough preparation of your natal horoscope. (Please refer to the link You and your Astrologer for details about birth data, and to the link, Tellin' it like it is.. to learn about my philosophy -- where I'm coming from as a consulting astrologer.) Taking the time to do this will clear up any misunderstanding from the get-go and ensure we're 'on the same page,' so to speak. Then, following a brief discussion by telephone of your primary concerns -- your reason for seeking a consultation in the first place, I shall probe you for a little bit of background on yourself, so we don't compromise or waste our session time gathering that information. We shall set up an appointment date tailored to gaining the maximum potential productivity out of the session. Of course, if you're located too remotely to make an appearance at my studio in Toronto, that pre-consultation information can be given by phone or email.

We shall be working together to come towards an understanding of how your natal energy profile (your basic needs), self-image, and efforts to unfold your life's purpose is structured, integrated, and challenged. This includes insights into the specific life-areas where your developmental tensions are designed, focused and "wired" for most effective results. Issues of job/vocation suitability and health matters, if either of these life-areas are current issues, will be addressed. Then, in light of past response to earlier cycles, we shall look into life's unfolding journey expanded into the now, and 'adjust the course' as necessary from here on through the next 6 months or so ahead.

Update Follow-up Sessions and the Birthday Return

At the end of the taped session, I shall set up an appointment for a return 'check-up' for you somewhere between six months and one year down the road. 'Updates' refer to a continuing diagnosis and 'fine-tuning' of the expanded present. Having an understanding of the natal chart territory, how you have 'taken care of business' since our initial session will obviously determine what to expect in the following six months or so.

This is highly recommended. Whether or not it's decided to set up semi-annual sessions, I strongly encourage a consultation at least once a year, at a time shortly before or after the actual birthday, as the birthdate (or the Solar Return as it's called in our field) is literally a magical moment. This chart is the one calculated and erected for the precise moment the Sun in its travel though your Sun sign comes to the exact point in the zodiac where it was the hour you were born. It therefore symbolizes the new breath of potential for each and every year of life.

In fact, to take advantage of this special day, many individuals, (besides many astrologers) tuned into the amazing scope of tools astrology offers, have outlined for them perhaps another, more advantageous location to be for the three-day period surrounding their birthday. Because this particular chart is calculated for your exact location on any particular birthday, this idea of course has to be well-thought out, planned and prepared for, and if the funds, lifestyle, and personal schedule permits, what better way to spend the few days or so surrounding your day in any given year in a location that optimizes your personal energies and thus opportunities of the upcoming year? Something to think about!

Relationships -- Compatibility Between Two Individuals

A wise person once said, "Birth equals character; character equals fate. Relationships are our fate because they reflect back to us our own character." We fall in love with ourselves through others, because we are seeking to develop in a relationship that which is incomplete within ourselves -- and relationship compatibility is a universal issue which sound astrology has the resources to address. Relating is everything, and real communication ever-challenging, but your unique horoscope symbolizes your intent, and just how to 'take care of business' in any venture.

Here we are dealing with the horoscopes of two individuals, their interaction ('Synastry') and how life is currently impacting upon each. Potential for mutually-rewarding, effective interaction is then assessed. Without exception, both parties of any couple confirm the wisdom of an initial one-to-one consultation before engaging in a joint session if so desired. When only one of the two involved wishes a consultation, only one side of the coin is given true 'face value,' whereas, when each can 'see' the other in the 'light' of their own session, then an enhanced understanding and mutual appreciation evolves, and dramatically so!

Planning trips, weddings, medical operations...signing contracts, starting a new job or business, buying or selling anything of significant financial value such as a home or vehicle, can usually be 'timed' for greater chances of lasting success by planning astrologically. Commonly known as an 'Electional Chart', this study, while focusing on determining a fortuitous future date and precise time of day specifically, necessitates a careful look into the potentials for success and/or possible snags relevant to the venture. In other words, the best time possible for the successful outcome of your upcoming 'event' is carefully scoped out, considering your natal chart, your personal cycles and 'timing' in general. This involves inquiry into past cycles as well, and actual event results seen as pertinent to the endeavour under consideration.)

Knowing the precise time to make a 'move' when 'the tide is in your favor' for starting anything you consider important, is smart thinking, gives you a significant edge, all things considered, and can make the difference between smooth sailing and stormy weather!

Relocation

Relocation to another destination, especially to anywhere considered long distance east to west and vice-versa, actually relocates your natal planetary positions to very different areas of activation potential than your birthplace (for starters) and in fact to whatever location you chose. It is well-known that, as it's said in real estate, it's all about location, location, location. Suppose you're considering moving, and have in mind one or more locales. What astrology can offer is the ability to determine which of those possibilities inclines to be the more fortuitous in terms of what life area(s) you would like to bring to the foreground, thus for optimizing actualization potential. What must be understood from the get-go however, is the very real possibility that neither of the choices given would be any better re. the desired end -- and in fact could be less advantageous, perhaps even very difficult not only for what's in mind but possibly even more difficult for the way certain life areas are for you in the current location.

Relocation can be a tricky business when circumstances (such as in job-related instances) may determine it necessary. In any event, it never hurts to know just what new dynamics to expect, the disadvantages and new advantages possibly in the wind!

This segment deals with a specific, particular concern, a question demanding a resolution. The focus deals with determining the potential outcome(s) of the issue at hand.

Private House Parties, Miscellaneous Events - Corporate and Otherwise

Since exposure to anything astrological as far as the general public is concerned comes mainly through newspaper/magazine horoscope Sun-sign columns, most people are understandably skeptical to say the least. Considered as entertainment at best, even when written by respected astrologers, such 'forecasts' cannot possibly reveal anything about you as an individual with a timetable specific to your life within your own personal reality. Why not 'tune in' to the unique you - not just by 'Sun sign'? This is where not only your birth date & year comes into play, but you're one-on-one with a real live professional who can meaningfully & productively relate to you and your issues

Three types of event venues that host my services:

• Very much in evidence today are the large, more 'corporate' types of venues -- sometimes 'networking' themes which include hundreds of attendees either from separate sectors within a large company, organization, or from different businesses altogether, and who may know only a fraction of the total guest list. During an average 3-4 hour call (occasionally along with perhaps a caricaturist, numerologist, or magician, etc.), I may get to see anywhere from 20-25 individuals, depending on the lineup flow. To do this I would access the individual's birth date, month & year, and with the symbols 'in hand', have an average 5-7 minutes for each 'mini-consult.'
  
  
• Another popular happening is the 'house party' typically hosting at least 15 people. Years of experience confirms, as stated above, that any 'reader'/consultant can accommodate a maximum of 25, (and of course, at any given event, not everyone present is so inclined, anyway.) Depending upon the particulars of the occasion, I might suggest to the host to keep my presence a secret 'til the evening in question. Having a dynamic, effective astrologer for your event is unique in itself. Surprising your guests like that can electrify the atmosphere with a subtle but unmistakably distinct anticipation -- especially at gatherings where most of the guests know one another!
  
  
• Frequently, a more intimate house party will be hosted solely for the purpose of having an astrologer for 4 or 5 personal acquaintances/guests for my 25-minute, private one-on-one taped sessions. In this case, the birth data (including the birth time if available) is obtained beforehand to have the birth charts prepared prior to arrival. Typically, such happenings (usually evenings) span 3 to 3 ½ hours on average. Private consults there are obviously even more focused and particularized than in the above scenarios, because having access to the precise birth moment enables a full horoscope to be drawn up, & hence a more in-depth perspective on particulars. Particulars symbolized by the entire planetary picture, unique to you at birth, or in an extended consultation, your personal birthchart, complete with the rest of the puzzle pieces.
  
  Any event, really, could be a propitious occasion to host a nitty-gritty, and ever-optimistic astrologer. Time after time, feedback has been most encouraging: 'very interesting', 'profound', 'thought-provoking', 'most definitely enlightening', etc.
  
  *You can appreciate that while individual appointments at my studio are generally 3 times longer in duration and allow for a deeper examination of particular issues, they are also understandably 3 times the fee.)

Nonetheless, at any size venue, whomever the guests the focus is a discussion of major life-cycle dynamics operative within and around someone currently and in the near future. Whatever the time-frame available, any such event is a fabulous occasion to host an astrologer. Never in all my experience have I not received feedback that the event has been wonderfully successful, entertaining, & most definitely enlightening.
